30-day return requests
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Contact admin@vichen.store before sending anything back. Items must normally be unused, in their original condition, and include their original packaging.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Customers should provide the order number and clear photographs where applicable. Valid claims will be resolved through replacement, refund, or another remedy required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers commonly require 5–10 business days to post a refund.
Return shipping
Customers are normally responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Vichen Store covers reasonable return or replacement costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Non-returnable items
Personalized, hygiene-sensitive, perishable, used, and final-sale items may be excluded where permitted by law. Product-specific exclusions are shown on the relevant product page.
