Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or supplier verification.
Delivery estimates
Typical international delivery is 7–25 business days after processing. Remote destinations, customs, carrier disruption, and peak seasons may cause longer delivery times. Delivery dates are estimates unless local law requires otherwise.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when the supplier or carrier makes it available. Tracking may take several days to show its first update.
Customs and address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and for import duties or taxes charged by their country unless checkout states otherwise.
Delays, loss, and damage
Contact admin@vichen.store if tracking does not update, a parcel is damaged, or an order has not arrived within the stated delivery window.
